Cask 1623 is the flagship of the Pyrat fleet. The dark amber spirit is distilled on the remote island of Anguilla in limited quantities, ageing its smooth distinctive blend of premium Caribbean rums in oak for up to 40 years. A hand-blown decanter and hand crafted walnut case further showcase the beauty and mystery of this liquid gold. In tribute to the true Pyrat spirit of social enlightenment, each bottle is adorned with the image of Hoti, patron saint and protector of fortune-tellers and bartenders.
