To the eye : A straw yellow-colour, slightly amber. On the nose : Aromas of dried fig, apricot and pear, mixed with overtones of biscuit. On the palate : Delicate attack, great fullness and a satisfying, lively finish. A supreme example of a full-bodied wine exhibiting delicacy and elegance. Best enjoyed at special meal occasions, particulary suited to accompany fish and white meat. Grape: 32% Chardonnay, 53% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier. Crus : Avize, Cramant, Chouilly, le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Verzenay, Verzy. Ageing : 5 years minimum.
